6.2.3.3. Auto valves closing
Here can be set possibilities of auto gradient valves closing after unit start and during every
pump stopping. Possibilities of setting are ENABLE (auto valves closing is enabled) or
DISABLE
(auto valves closing is disabled). Default setting is
ENABLE
, after pump start is one of the valves
automatically opened according to setting of used valves (see 6.2.3.2 ) and their concentration
setting (see 6.1.3 ).
Unit enable to change this setting manually (see 6.3.5 ), but after repeated pump start and
stop valves automatically close according to setting in this menu item.
6.2.4. Compensation
In each sub menu can be set possibilities of pulsation compensation function.
6.2.4.1. Compensation Selection
Here can be selected desired mode of pulsation compensation. On main screen is displayed
a mark according to selected choice (see 4.11 ).

FIXED Compensation works on predefined run of pump rotation speed. Warnings
about exceeding pulsation limit are active.
LEARNED Compensation works on learned pump run. Warnings about exceeding
pulsation limit are active. Learning process is trying to find optimal curve of
pump rotation speed, so that pulsation meets the condition set in
Menu/Preferences/Compensation/Pressure pulsation limit . Pump learning
must be started in Menu/Control/Start compens. learning.

MEM Compensation works on learned pump run. Learned process is saved until
new learning under different conditions. MEM (Memory).

to find optimal curve of pump rotation speed, so that pulsation meets the
condition set in
Menu/Preferences/Compensation/Pressure pulsation limit .

6.2.4.2. Pressure Pulsation Limit
Pressure pulsation limit can be set in range 0.1-5.0 MPa (20-730 psi) . Default value 1 MPa
(150 psi). If the pressure pulsation area width exceeds this limit, a warning is displayed.
