2.2 General safety advice
DANGER!
If it can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible, the pump
must not be put into operation!
The following instructions must always be observed:
– The safety regulations and the required protective clothing for work with
chemicals, adhesives and oils must be complied with.
– Attention must be paid to all infos included on the product data sheet for
the dosing medium used.
– The Pump may only be operated at the pressures specified in the
technical data.
2.3 Proper use
WARNING!
The EMP Pump may only be operated with the validated chemicals
according to the specification.
The device was developed, designed and built for industrial and
commercial use. A private use is excluded!
Any use going beyond the intended use or any other use shall be regarded
as misuse.
WARNING!
Danger of improper use!
Improper use can lead to dangerous situations:
– Never use other metering media than the specified product.
– Never change the pressure specifications of the Pump beyond the
tolerable range.
– Do not use in potentially explosive areas.
CAUTION!
Unauthorised modifications or changes are permitted only after consultation
and with the permission of the manufacturer.
Original spare parts authorised by the manufacturer ensure safety.
The use of other parts excludes liability for the resulting
consequences.
