Calculating the cutting /tearing position offset
As the black mark is on the cutting /tearing position, L=0, therefore, cutting /tearing position
offset = (67-0)/0.176=381 points.

Using the following command to set the cutting /tearing position offset
1D 28 46 <4> <0> <2> <0> <7D> <1>

Calculating the beginning print-position offset
(32-29) /0.176+381=364 points

Using the following command to set the beginning print-position offset
1D 28 46 <4> <0> <1> <0> <6C> <1>

After finishing the above setting, when printing every bill:
Use GS FF command to feed paper to beginning print-position;
Send the print data of every bill and print out the data line by line;
Use GS V m command to feed paper to cutting /tearing position, and then cut /tear off the bill.
[Example 2] Bill requirement: Cutting /tearing position is 8mm from the black mark position, and the
beginning print-position is 16mm from the cutting/tearing position.
