Wireless Conferencing Mode
VEO-SWC44 allows
to conduct a video conference using the room USB conferencing
devices over WiFi
.
1.
Connect the USB conferencing devices to the VEO-SWC44 USB ports.
Camera
and microphone icons will appear on VEOShare control bar.
o
White icons
: indicate the USB camera and speaker/mic are connected.
o
Green icons
: indicate the USB camera and speaker/mic are connected and
in use by any given application.
2.
Launch Videoconferencing application
.
•
Select “Virtual Meeting Camera” as
video device.
•
For Speaker
, select “Virtual Meeting
Audio”.
•
For Microphone,
select “Virtual
Meeting Audio”, too.
3.
Clicking
“Ready to share” button
in VEOShare application will start wireless
conferencing sharing.
