Chapter 4. Handheld mode measurement
4.2 Audiometry
Measurement
From the launch window of the test, set the power and the ear to be tested before launching a “series” by clicking on
“Start”. Speech audiometry begins, the word currently spoken is written in red. If the patient correctly repeats the word,
click on it to validate the answer.
You can switch at any time between performing a new point and the graph by clicking the on the “
Graph
” button.
When the test is finished, click on “
Graph
” to see the curve. You can then save it or make other
Pure Tone audiom-
etry
or
Speech audiometry
measurements.
This window lets you select the eat and
the power. Click Start to begin a new
point
The device automatically shows a
word series randomly selected in the
current speech audiometry list
The word currently spoken is in
red
Once the word series is complete, the device comes back to the start window. You
can change the stimulation power according to the previous score and restart a new
point.

to validate the response
