Cleaning silencer (Check periodically)
1.
Remove the exhaust guide and silencer cover.
2.
Clean deposits from the silencer and the exhaust guide.
3.
Tighten two bolts.
4.
Reinstall the silencer cover and the exhaust guide.
Check fuel system (Check before each use)
After refuelling, make sure fuel does not leak or exude from
around fuel pipe, fuel grommet or fuel tank cap.
In case of fuel leakage or exudation there is a danger of fire.
Stop using the machine immediately and request your ECHO
DEALER to inspect or replace.
Check spark plug (Check periodically)
Check plug gap. Correct gap is 0.6 mm to 0.7 mm.
Inspect electrode for wear.
Inspect insulator for oil or other deposits.
Replace plug if needed and tighten to 15 N•m - 17 N•m (150
kgf•cm to 170 kgf•cm).
Lubricating gear housing (Every 15 - 20 hours of operation)
1.
Clean dirt from grease fitting.
2.
Hold the product firmly and carefully pump grease in fitting.
Do not force grease. Too much pressure will force grease
past seals and cause damage.
Apply 1 - 2 pumps of
grease every 15 - 20 hours of operation.

Use good quality lithium multi grease.
