The spin did not start or

This is not a malfunction. The control
system of even distribution of laundry
was activated.
The control system tries to achieve a more
even distribution of laundry. The spin starts
after rearranging the laundry. The next time
you wash, load the laundry evenly.
The drum door cannot be
opened.
Wash program is running.
Wait until the program ends or stop the
program.
A garment was caught between the
door and the seal.
Release the caught garment.

light?

Are the lock nuts of the adjustable
feet tightened?
Remove the lock screws.
Place the washing machine on a stable
surface.
Add more laundry.
Tighten the lock nuts.
“IE” (water supply) •
Is the supply tap closed?

Is the water supply closed or the
water pressure too low?
•
Are the supply water pipes frozen?
•
Are the filters clogged?
Open the water tap.
Wait until the water supply is restored.
Defrost the water pipes using hot water.
Remove the filters and clean them.
“OE” (water
drainage)

Is the waste water hose placed too
high?
•
Is the drain hose frozen?
•
Is the drain hose clogged?
•
Is the drain opening clogged?
Make sure that the connection of the
waste water hose is not higher than 1 m.
Defrost the hose using hot water.
Remove foreign objects clogging the
hose.
Clean the drain opening.
“DE” (door)
Make sure before starting that the door is properly closed.
“tE” (heating
element)
Unplug the power cable from the outlet and contact service center.
“FE” (continuous
water inflow)
Close the water inlet, disconnect the washing machine from the power supply and
contact service center.
“LE” or “CE”
When “LE” or “CE” is displayed when the drum is not rotating, close the water inlet,
disconnect the washing machine from the power supply and contact service center.
