Ensuring adequate ventilation
Make sure that the ventilation of the hob is adequate and that the ventilation openings are not blocked. To
prevent accidental contact with the hot bottom surface of the hob or electric shock during operation, it is
necessary to place a wooden insert and fasten it with screws at least 50 mm away from the underside of the
hob. See following illustrations.

temperatures of up to 150°C to prevent ungluing of the lining.
• The back wall and the adjacent surfaces must withstand 90°C temperature.
Placing the mounting brackets
After insertion of the hob in the kitchen counter secure it with two brackets bolted to the underside of the hob.
