Replace with a nozzle that provides a
larger pattern width.
Air leaks through worn or damaged
packing (6004 0335 44).
Replace packing (6004 0335 44).
Air leaks even after
trigger is released.
Air valve seat is clogged with debris
or dust.
Clean air seat and air valve.
Worn O-ring
Replace O-ring with a new one.
Shaft does not return due to
deposited paint.
Remove paint deposited to shaft.

Remove valve set and replace O-ring with
a new one.

Nozzle tip is clogged.
Remove nozzle, immerse it in a solvent for
a while and blow air from the opposite
side.
Paint is not supplied under pressure.
Check paint feed pump.
Red lamp does not
light when gun is
triggered.
Operating wire within connecting
cable has been cut.
Replace connecting cable with a new one.
Hand switch button is out of position.
Set the hand switch button in right
position.
