1. SAFETY NOTES
•
Only use the device as described in this manual. Any other use is not recommended by the
manufacturer as it may result in fire, electric shock or injury.
•
This heater is intended for domestic use only. It must not be used for commercial or industrial
purposes.
•
Before use, carefully check the contents of the kit. The heater must not be started with a damaged
cable or a damaged housing.
•
It is forbidden to place the heater in water.
•
Before putting it into operation, make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to that specified on
the heater’s rating plate (220–240 V / 50 Hz).
•
Remove the unit from its packaging and check to make sure it is in good condition before using.
•
Do not let children play with parts of the packing (such as plastic bags).
•
Before unplugging the power cord, be sure to turn the power off. When touching the unit, be sure
your hands are dry to prevent electrical shock. Do not touch the heater or plug with wet hands.
•
Ensure the cord is fully extended before use and arrange it so that it is not in contact with any part of
the heater. When the heater is not in use, also straighten the cord evenly.
•
Do not operate any product with a damaged cord or plug, or after the product malfunctions, or is
dropped or appears damaged in any way. Return the complete product to the place of purchase for
inspection, repair or replacement.
•
The heater can only be connected to a grounded electrical outlet.
•
Do not use non-standard power supplies.
•
Before connecting the heater to the mains, make sure that it is turned off - the main switch is in the
OFF position.
•
Protect the product from impact with sharp edges, high humidity.
•
If water appears on the surface of the heater, disconnect the appliance from the power supply
immediately.
•
If the heater falls into water, disconnect it from the power supply immediately. It is forbidden to put
your hands in the water. In this case, the heater should be checked by a specialist before using it
again.
•
Always disconnect the device from the power supply after use, before cleaning or in the event of
malfunction.
•
Do not move the device by pulling the power cord.
•
Disconnect the power cord by pulling out the plug, never by pulling on the cord.
•
The power cord must only be replaced by a qualified service technician. Do not replace the power
cord by yourself.
•
It is forbidden to interfere with the construction of the device and to make independent modifications
or repairs. This always void the warranty and may lead to an electric short circuit or fire, posing a risk
to health and property.
•
This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental abilities or persons without experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or
instructed in the use of the device by a person responsible for their safety.
