DESCRIPTION OF THE PAR AMETER S AND SCREEN PAG ES
USER PAR AMETERS:
These parame ters are acce ssible when the device is on.
Main scree n page : whe n the Press•o•Matic is in the st and ard ope ration
mode, the first line on the display shows the instant pre ssure reading; the
second line c ontains a b ar c hart showing the motor speed as a perce ntage.
In this mode , the user can scroll through the various me nus using the
c ursor buttons, or switch to stand-by by pre ssing the “on-off” button in the
c entre. When the Pre ss•o•Matic is in stand-by, the pump will not start up
e ven if the pressure drops below the “Pmin” value se t. To qui t stand-by,
press the button in the ce ntre again.
If the “+” button is held do wn, the pump is brought up to the m aximum
operating spe ed, overriding the dry running prote ction (use this function to
fill the pump the first time it is s witched on). P ress the “-“ button to display the absorption of the motor.
Pmax: this parame te r c an be use d to set the de vic e set-point. This is the
c onstant pre ssure value the use r wishe s to set for the syste m (max.
pressure). Whe n it is ope rating, the Pre ss•o•Matic regulates the motor
pump spe ed to suit it to the ac tual output required by the user applianc es,
thereby keeping the system pressure constant. If the P max is set to higher
than the max. pu mp head, the motor wi ll always stop when the c oc ks are close d as the Press•o•Matic
switc he s off the pump whe n the flow r ate of the water running through it drops belo w the m inimum
se ttings (approx. 2 litres/minute), re gardle ss of the pressure reac he d in the system. Use the + and –
buttons to a lte r the parame te r se tting.
