Auxili ary contact: use this parameter to select the function to be
associated with the aux ili ary contact; the value s th at can be set are the

device s as part of a twin pre ssurisation unit (m anufacturer’s default
se tting)

to use the aux ili ary contact to remote control the start stop of the motor pump.

to use the auxili ary contact to c ontrol a second pressure se t-point (P max2).

ALARMS
Dr y runni ng: this message appears when the syste m is stopped
following a pu mp intake water short age . If the auto-re se t func tion has
be en enabled, the Pre ss•o•Matic will au toma tic ally make a series of
atte mpts to test whether the wate r supply has re turne d. To cle ar the error
status, press the “rese t” button in the c entre.
Se rious leakage: this message appe ars whe n the pump h as be en stoppe d
following a close ly spaced se rie s of restarts cause d by a possible le ak in
the syste m. To re store the syste m status onc e the cause of the alarm has
be en establishe d, pre ss the “rese t” button in the c entre. If this c ondition
oc curs repe ate dly, impairing normal pump ope ration, this feature c an be
disabled. Before disabling, though, e nsure it will not c ause damage to the pump or syste m (se e se ction
titled “DESCRIP TION OF THE PAR AME TER S AND THE SC REEN P AGES”).
Inve rter err or: this alarm appears whe n the in verter is locked following a
power surge or drop outside the limits or ove rheating with ensuing motor
pump shutdown. Although the syste m is restore d automatic ally approx. 3
minute s afte r the e rror c ondition has c leared, the message remains on the
screen to warn the use r that the re might be a failure in the hydraulic and/or
electric syste m. Eve ry time thi s alar m appears, it is advisable to have the system chec ked by skill ed
pe rsonnel to pr eve nt ele ctrical damage. To c lear the me ssage from the display, simply press the “rese t”
button in the c entre .
Short Ci rcuit: This message will appear on the screen when there is a
short c irc uit at the inverter output. the short c ircuit may be c aused by the
incorrect connection of the ele ctric motor, faulty ele ctrical isolation of the
c ables that connec t the motor pump to the device s or failure of the ele ctric
motor of the pump.
Whe n this error appe ars, the ele ctrical syste m must be controlle d by qualified personnel as soon as
possible . The error can only be cleared by disconne cting the de vic e from the ele ctric power supply and
solving the cau se s of the fau lt. Attempting to start the in verter whe n the re is an outpu t short circ uit may
se riously damage the device and be dangerous for the user.
