SANIFICATION
The machine will need to be sanitised
after installation, when one of the
hydraulic components is replaced, when
the filter is changed and also at least once
a year.
This operation must be undertaken by a
qualified technician who has completed a
specialised training course for hygiene
and sanitizing.
We suggest the use of hydro peroxide of
hydrogen (oxygenated water) diluted
with drinking water at 5%
