6.7.1 General menu
The "GENERAL" settings menu provides access to all settings relevant to the installation of the xStorage Home 3P.

1. “GENERAL”.
This page provides access to the general system settings and utilities.
2. “HOME AUTOMATION”.
This page provides access to the home automation functions setting. Eaton does
not recommend accessing to this part of the menu. Changing the parameters without guidance from Eaton
technical support representative or an Eaton certified installer can affect the correct functioning of the
system and relieves the manufacturer from all liabilities and invalidates the warranty and/or guarantee.
3. “BATTERY”.
This page provides access to the battery settings. Some of the settings are only accessible
through the “INSTALLER” profile which requires a password to be logged in. See the "LOGIN” menu
section. Eaton does not recommend accessing to this part of the menu. Changing the parameters without
guidance from Eaton technical support representative or an Eaton certified installer can affect the correct
functioning of the system and relieves the manufacturer from all liabilities and invalidates the warranty and/
or guarantee.
4. “NETWORKING”.
This page provides access to the settings to connect the system to a local data network
LAN or Wi-Fi.
1. “DATE / TIME”. The page enables to set the current date and time.
2. “LANGUAGE”. The page enables to select the language of the current display.
3. “DISPLAY” – The page enables to set the time before the display enters into the stand-by mode.
4. “FW UPGRADE” – The page enables to update the system firmware using a guided procedure.

5. “SYSTEM REBOOT” – The page enables to restart the display operative system.
