Locking with padlock when earthing disconnector
is ON, LBS is OFF:
To put the padlock, rotate the padlock key to the right,
close the earthing operation hole and put the padlock.
Locking with padlock when earthing switch is OFF,
load disconnector is ON:
This lock is also used in order to prevent the earthing
disconnector from turning on when there is energy in
incoming switchgear (cables).

Switchgear front cover can only be removed when the earthin switch ON.
