PHASE CONFORMITY TEST
CABLE TEST
If the phases matching, light is OFF.
If the phases not maching, light is ON.
(Test device is optional.)
When MV cables are powered, voltage indicator
lights must be on.
Serial Light
Turn the disconnector OFF.
Turn the earthing disconnector ON.
Open the switchgear front cover.
Place the cable test device (Test rod as optionally.)
Turn the switch OFF.
Perform the required test for check the cable healthy.
Incoming / outgoing switchgear
To check cable faults & insulation
Turn the disconnector OFF.
Switch-OFF the power of the switchgear from previous center
Turn the earthing disconnector ON.
Open the switchgear front cover.
Place the cable test device.
Turn the earthing disconnector OFF from both sides.
Perform the required test.
Incoming switchgear
To check cable faults & insulation.
