For each optional EBM, loosen the wing nut on the rear hold-down
bracket and slide the EBM rear hold-down bracket into the slots on
the EBM rear panel.
Verify that the rear hold-down bracket is fully seated and then
tighten the wing nut.

Tighten the pan-head screws that secure both rails to the front of
the rack (see Step 3 on page 6).
