How to Assemble the Output Shaft and Reduction Gear

Special Instructions

None

Special Tools

•

Typical service tools

Procedure -

1.

Install the reduction gear bearing in the hub of the reduction
gear with snap ring in the bearing facing up. Use a bearing
driver or tap carefully on the outer race of the bearing with a
soft bar.

2.

Install the snap ring in the groove in the hub of the reduction
gear.

3.

Mark any two teeth on the reduction gear and then mark the
two teeth directly opposite.
