Additional Safety Warnings for the Multi-Tool
1) Workplace Safety
a) When working on walls, ceilings or
fl
oors, look out for any cables or gas and water
pipes! Use suitable searching equipment to uncover any hidden supply pipes, or
consult the local utility company. Contact with electrical wires can lead to
fi

b) Never touch the device, mains cable or plug with wet hands when these components
are connected to the mains power.
c) Make sure that the mains cable is not squashed or bent.
d) Only ever connect the device to a properly installed plug socket. The plug socket
must also be readily accessible after connection. The mains voltage must match the
voltage indicated on the rating plate of the device.
e) If you use an extension cable, make sure that its ampere value is permitted for the
device and it is in an electrically safe condition.
