4.4.1
Transportation and assembly
Transport the lamp and its accessories in their original packaging. If possible use a small
carriage (e.g. a furniture dolly). If no carriage is available, ask a second person to assist you.
Do not grasp attached parts such as the lamp head glass or lamp arm for carrying.
Otherwise, deformations or damages may occur which may affect the functionality and
optical aspect or even make the lamp unusable. Always make sure that the lamp head is in
its initial position.
Prior to transporting or assembling the lamp, always disconnect the mains cable from the
mains socket. Also disconnect the connection cable from the mast socket.
Level the lamp. Use the floor leveling screws for proper fine adjustment. Only then
sufficient stability is ensured.
4.4.2
Repairs and structural changes
All repairs are reserved to specially trained and sufficiently qualified skilled personnel.
Exclusively use genuine spare parts. Any structural or other changes of the construction,
technical equipment, mechanics, static, electrical wiring, cables, control elements and
illuminants are prohibited and lead to the termination of the warranty and general liability
of the manufacturer.
In the event of a malfunction, always stop using the lamp and contact the retailer /
manufacturer.
4.4.3
Safety instructions
If the external flexible cable of this lamp should be damaged, it must be replaced by a
