WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare professional if you have any skin irritation, redness or discomfort in the
area of product application prior to use. If during use you experience any skin irritation, redness
or discomfort in the area of product application, discontinue use and consult a healthcare
professional. Do not apply to broken skin or open wounds.
For single use only. Re-use of a single use product may have potential to cause harm to the user
due to the risk of contamination and impairment in product function.
Skin adhesion and wear time may be reduced in conditions of elevated temperature or humidity,
or if the baseplate is re-positioned after first application.
