Secondly,
level
the
platforms
after
mechanical
safety
locks
are
engaged.
Raise
the
platform
about
800mm
(31”)
high
and
push
the
unloading
handle
to
engage
the
mechanical
safety
lock.
Judge
if
the
mechanical
locks
could
be
engaged
synchronously
by
listening
to
the
sound.
Engage
the
mechanical
lock
and
measure
the
height
at
four
corners
of
the
platform.
In
case
the
height
is
different,
adjust
the
nut
(M20)
that
fix
the
safety
ratchet
and
the
top
plate
of
the
post
until
the
height
measured
at
the
four
corners
is
almost
the
same.
Step
13:
Fix
the
expansion
anchoring
bolts
Refer
to
3.3
and
adjust
the
distance
between
posts
before
drilling
holes
for
expansion
bolts.
1.
Use
suitable
means
to
raise
the
lifting
platform
to
the
first
latching
position.
All
the
mounting
holes
in
the
base
plate
are
then
accessible.
Make
sure
the
locking
pawl
is
engaged.
2.
Check
the
position
of
the
base
plates
again.
3.
Drill
the
mounting
holes.
Remove
the
drilling
dust
from
the
hole.
4.
Use
a
spirit
level
to
check
the
vertical
alignment
of
the
lifting
posts.
If
necessary,
place
equalizing
plates
under
the
base
plates.
The
equalizing
plates
must
be
of
the
same
length
as
the
side
of
the
base
plate
resting
on
them.
Otherwise
the
load
of
the
base
plate
will
not
be
transferred
evenly
to
the
foundation.

Erect
and
secure
the
other
post
similarly.
Step
