Step 1
•
Remove the call selector
knob with a 1.27 (5/100
inch) hexagon screwdriver.
Step 28
•
Screw in the call selector
knob with a 1.27 (5/100
inch) hexagon screwdriver to
a 0.10 torque.
Step 2
•
Remove the volume knob
with a pair of tweezers,
applying pressure to the rear
of the handportable.
Step 27
•
Centre the volume knob lug
and push it fully home.
Step 3
•
Remove the tamper–proof
cover with a Stanley knife or
pointed blade.
•
Remove the rear cover with
a TORX no. 6 screwdriver.
Step 26
•
Screw the rear cover back
on with a TORX no. 6
screwdriver to a 0.3 N.M.
torque.
•
Fit the tamper–proof cover
by hand, pressing down
firmly.
Step 4
•
Remove the rear cover,
easing the edges outwards.
Step 25
•
Fit the rear cover, inserting
the knob spindles first.
•
Ease the cover edges
outwards.
•
Push the cover firmly onto
the handportable and check
that it is correctly positioned.
