Control Panel
, then click
System.
The
System
Properties
window opens.

Click the
Network Identification
tab, then click
Properties
. The
Identification Changes
dialog window opens.

Type the name of your computer in the
Computer name
box. This name
should be unique.

Type the name of your workgroup in the
Workgroup
box. This should be
identical for all computers on the network.

When finished, remove all disks from your computer and restart your
computer.
