VIBRATING ELEMENT AN40/AN48/AN56/AN65
DISASSEMBLY
1. Unscrew the end cap (1) from the stator tube (2) (right hand thread ). The stator is glued inside the tube.
2. Unscrew the nut (15) and remove (14) and (18).
3. Unscrew the nipple (3) (right hand thread ).
4. Remove the rotor (5) in using a suitable rod and a mallet to push it gently from the bearing holder (6). Then
eccentrics, retaining rings and bearings are easily removable.
5. Remove the bearing holder (6) using the same process but from the front tube. Then the bearing (8) is
easily removable.
ASSEMBLY
Proceed in the reverse order after cleaning all parts.
The damaged parts and the O rings should be changed systematically.
Fill the vibrating element with oil ( see « Maintenance/lubrication » for the type/quantity of oil).
Note: Clean carefully the threads of the end cap and tube before gluing with LOCTITE 638. They must be
perfectly clean: no oil, no dust.
