9.2 Malfunctions during operation
Fault Possible cause Remedy
The machines
vibrates forward
with a strongly
reduced speed
Air in the hydraulic system of the steering
rod
Release pressure from the steering rod
The oil level in the exciter shaft housing
is too low
Check the oil level in the exciter shaft
housing
Protective equipment: n Protective gloves
1. Park the machine in secured condition

2. Press the travel lever forward against the end stop and hold it
in this position.
3. Carefully loosen the adjustment screw (1).

The air makes a slight hissing sound when escaping.
4. Wait until all air has escaped and then tighten the adjustment
screw.
