Changing the engine
pre-filter
Place the roller on a level base. The engine
must be switched off and the reserve/par-
king brake knob pushed in for all checking
and adjustments on the roller unless other-
wise specified.
Loosen the hose clips (2) and remove the pre-filter (1).
Install the new fuel filter (1) and make certain the
direction of flow is correct. The arrow should point away
from the tank.
Start the engine and check that the pre-filter (1) does
not leak.
Make sure that ventilation (extraction) is
adequate if the engine is run indoors. Risk
of carbon monoxide poisoning.
EVERY 500 HOURS OF OPERATION (Every three months)

Controls and joints
– Lubrication
Grease the engine hood hinges (1) and sliding rails of
the operator’s seat. Lubricate all other joints and
controls with oil. See Lubricant Specification.
