Use compressed air at a maximum pressure of 0.7
MPa (7 bar). Blow up and down the paper pleats on the
inside of the filter element. Hold the nozzle at least 20
mm (0.8 in) from the paper pleats so as to avoid tearing
the paper.
Wear protective goggles when working
with compressed air.

Replace or clean the main filter of the air
cleaner when the warning lamp on the instru-
ment panel lights at full engine revs.
Release the three locking braces (1) and pull off the
cover (2), pull out the main filter (3).
Do not remove the backup filter (4).
Tires - tire pressure

Check the tire pressure with a pressure gauge.
Ensure that the tires have equal pressure. Two valves
can be reached from the right side and two from the left
side.
Recommended pressure is 300–900 kPa (3–9 bar).
