Basic System Control
The „Basic System Control“ tab features a list of buttons which represent commands that can be sent directly to JCD or the projector.
Certain commands may accept numeric arguments, in which case there will be an input box next to the command button.
To execute a command, simply click on the corresponding button - if an argument is available, select the desired value by using the
spinner buttons or directly entering it first.
NOTE: Not all commands might be available depending on the projector / lens brand / model.
The „RAW command“ section allows you to directly send an RS232 string to the projector. To use it, enter the hexadecimal representation
of the string and click on „Send“. If the input contains invalid or an uneven number of characters, nothing will be sent. (whitespace will
be ignored)
The „Click to HALT system“ on the bottom should be used to safely shut down JCD. To prevent accidental shutdown, a confirmation
is required.
