1.3 Solid State Drive (SSD)
The M.2 SATA/PCIe SSD is fully consist of semiconductor device and using
NAND flash Memory which has a high reliability and a high technology in a small
form factor for using a SSD
The SSD is shown in Figure 1-5 and some of its specifications are listed in Table 1-1.
