Troubleshooting
WARNING!
Only qualified maintenance personnel should attempt the following
procedures.

Controller does
not power up
Improper wiring of power
input.
Verify wiring from 24V supply to
the input block on the top of the
unit.
Improper grounding.
The DIN rail is primary ground for
the chassis and electrical
function. Ensure rail is
grounded.
Commands for
emitter control
do not appear to
function
LED intensity adjustment set to
0% or too low.
Verify intensity setting through
interface.
Interlock is open.
Verify interlock jumpers or
external controls are in place.
Verify PLC command structure.
Interface cable connections
loose or damaged.
Check connections and condition
of interface cable.
Activating wrong channel.
Verify correct channel is being
activated.
LED head is not connected to
the correct port/channel.
Verify that the head is connected
to the desired port/channel.
Controller is
operating normally
and the emitter
suddenly stops
producing light
Various alarm conditions.
Verify alarms.
Interlock is open.
Verify interlock jumper or
external control has not been
opened/defeated.
Verify PLC command structure.
Emitter intensity
is very low
LED intensity adjustment set
incorrectly.
Verify intensity setting through
interface.
