3. Check whether the travel direction switch is in the
backward position and return to the forward position.
Brush motor does not work
Note: the cleaning brush motor will only rotate when the
equipment is moving.
1. Check whether the indicator light of the brush system is
on.
2. Check whether the travel direction switch is in the
backward position.
3. Turn off the key switch and restart.
4. It is possible that the clip of the brush is damaged,
causing the brush not to rotate
Brush motor and lifting of squeegee
1. Check whether the travel direction switch is in the
backward position.
2. Check whether there is impact deformation between
brush and squeegee system.
3. Check whether the microswitch at the charging port is
displaced and stuck.
4. Ask professionals to check whether the controller, lifting
push rod and other parts are in fault.
No or small water output
1. The filter of the drainage system is an important part to
ensure that the solenoid valve and the drainage system
are not blocked, and it must be in good condition.
2. Remove the filter screen and thoroughly clean the filter.
3. Clogged filter screen may cause no water or small water output.
Squeegee often fall off
1. The connection between the squeegee and the machine is designed to fall off, so as to prevent
the squeegee from hitting and damaging when the machine passes through a narrow space.
2. Keep the fixing screw tight, too loose will cause falling off during normal operation.
