Using the Internal Memory
The 16MB built-in flash memory in the DV camera provides a temporary
space for storing data when the external memory card is full. However, not
the full 16MB flash memory is to be used for storing data, because some
memory space will be in use by the OSD program.
If a memory card is loaded in the DV camera, these actions (e.g. format
memory card, save images, play video, transfer images, etc.) will be
enabled but internal memory is disabled and vice versus.
If you prefer to use the internal memory, simply remove the external
memory card and all actions will be operated on internal memory.
