SD card Media Player
The DSC924 pl switcher has Media Player as a built it function. The media files is stored to the
SD Card Flash Memory inserted into the corresponding slot on the face panel of the main block.
The Media Player is used MJPEG(Motion JPEG) format files.
Although the Motion JPEG format has lossy compression intraframe it
To upload your video to the SD Card is is given free program for PC computer: «SD Card
Manager HD». You can use almost any media format as a sources. The Program transforms it
itself and loads the video in proper format to the card.
It is possible to play-out two streams at the same time. You can use this two streams on the
same rights as you using sources from inputs 1-6
Using the files stored on SD Card it is possible to create up to 16 play lists.
Two of them you can play simultaneously or alternately using two separate sets of buttons
and Multi-View windows for the each of Player.
This Sets allow you to control the Players via typical Control buttons::
Play /Pause, Back to top, Forward to the next playlist
Note – this buttons is used with Shift button is ON.
Important notes:
The SD Card must be UHS (Ultra High Speed) bus only. Can not be used cards with lower
values.
