Cover does not close
Status LED is OFF
Check power to DLC-010
Status LED is RED
Cool down the device, restart and
try again
Status LED is blinking RED
Contact customer support
Check motor connections
Cover stops at an
incorrect position
Restart calibration or calibration
correction
Cover moves in the
wrong direction
Swap the 2 motor connections or
swap motor control via LinkTouch
(settings menu --> Cover settings)
Calibration failed
Check the motor sensor

Remote calibration
can not be started
Check DIP switch 1 position
DIP switch 1 must be ON
Check CAN LED
Fix the CAN wiring
