Missing/Damaged Components
There are spares of some components within the pack and spares are identified
on the component list. The spares can be cut down and used where applicable.
In the event the spare is not suitable please email our Customer Services department
- [email protected] and include the component number of the part along with
the dimensions and your order number starting with "SO" or your postcode
so we can locate your order.
If a notch is broken off a piece of timber this can be easily remedied. Hold the broken notch in place
and pre-drill through the log into the notch (in the groove so the screw will be hidden).
Glue the face of the broken notch, hold into position, screw through the log into the notch
and wipe off any excess glue.
