It is important to retain the original receipt as proof of purchase.The product is
guaranteed for 2 years from the date of original purchase. If any defectarises
due to faulty materials or workmanship the unit will either be repaired,
replaced orrefunded at our discretion.
The following conditions apply:
• The product in question must be returned to a Dunelm store with original
proof ofpurchase.
• To qualify for the 2 year guarantee the appliance must have been used
according tothe instruction manual. For example, kettles should have been
regularly descaled.
• The product must be installed and used in accordance with the guidance
found inthe product's instruction manual.
• It must be used only for domestic purposes.
• No repairs have been attempted by the consumer.
• This guarantee does not cover wear and tear, damage, misuse or consum
-
able parts.
• We accept no responsibility for incidental or consequential loss or damage.
• Dunelm are not liable to carry out any type of servicing work, under the
guarantee.
• Filters for all Dunelm kettles and coffee makers are not covered by the
guarantee.
• Valid in the UK & Ireland only.
If for any reason this item is replaced during the 2 year guarantee period,
the guaranteeon the new item will be calculated from the original
purchase date. Therefore it is vital toretain your original till receipt or invoice
to indicate the date of initial purchase.
