Installation and Operation of: 

FlexBake 5™ Integrated Ventilation System

UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS

Tools required (NOT PROVIDED) for this 

installation

Step 1

Carefully remove outer crating using a hammer 

and crowbar/pry bar. Remove carton top.

• Hammer 

 

• #2 Phillips Screwdriver 

 

• Crowbar/Pry Bar  • 5/16” Nut Driver

• Knife or Box Cutter

Step 2

Remove the screws securing the Exhaust Ring 

and IVS Cover and remove these parts from the 

assembly (save parts and screws).

Step 3

Remove the 4 wood screws (2 per side flange) 

securing the IVS assembly to the wooden slats and 

pallet.  Carefully remove any blocking and lift the 

IVS out of the carton and inspect for any shipping 

damage.

Step 4

Apply foam tape to underside of IVS on the flanges 

as shown. Foam tape is packed along with the IVS 

unit.

ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD. 

TASKS MUST BE PERFORMED BY A 

QUALIFIED SERVICE TECHNICIAN OR 

ELECTRICIAN.

Step 1

Turn the FlexBake 5™ Control Power Switch off and 

disconnect external all poles mains supply.

Step 2

Remove the Facade Cover by removing the 16 (#8-

32) screws from the top.  

SAVE SCREWS.

NOTE

: Save all screws nuts and 

bolts for future use.
