OVEN START-UP

  

ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD. 

TASKS MUST BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED SERVICE TECHNICIAN OR ELECTRICIAN.

a.  Have a qualified service technician or electrician connect the oven to the power supply. 

b.  Check for unrestricted airflow exiting from the IVS blower outlet and any attached vent piping.

CARE AND CLEANING

ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD. 
DO NOT WASH WITH WATER JET OR HOSE
DO NOT USE OVEN CLEANERS, CAUSTIC CLEANERS, DEGREASERS, ACIDS, AMMONIA 

PRODUCTS, ABRASIVE CLEANERS, STEEL WOOL, OR ABRASIVE PADS CONTAINING IRON. 

THESE CAN DAMAGE THE STAINLESS STEEL, DOOR GASKETS, PLASTIC SURFACES AND 

SENSORS.                   

DAILY CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS 

a.  Turn power off to the unit by pressing the Control Power Switch off.

b.  Wipe down the interior and exterior of the IVS with warm water and mild detergent using a soft cloth.

TROUBLESHOOTING

There are no user serviceable parts on the Duke IVS. If there is a malfunction, contact your Duke 

Manufacturing authorized service agent or call 1-800-735-3853.
