Emergency Calls
Emergency calls are automatically placed whenever a bedside call cord is removed
from its receptacle, when a call is placed from a patient station programmed to regis-
ter as an emergency call, or when a lavatory call is placed. These calls are indicated at
the master station by fast tone and indicator rates, and must be canceled at the origi-
nating station. To cancel an emergency call, replace the call cord (if necessary) and
press the CANCEL touchpad at the station that placed the call.
