Assignable Emergency Priority (optional)
Stations in critical patients’ rooms can be assigned emergency priority so that all calls
from those stations annunciate as emergency calls. This option requires the 4A3100
Series enhanced patient station.
Full Field LED Display
Selected system operations can be viewed quickly on this display.
Pushbutton Operation
Simple pushbutton operations, clearly labeled controls, and a built-in operational ref-
erence guide make this system easy to learn and use.
Multiple Parallel Masters
Each system provides increased staff communications through the use of up to four
intercommunicating master stations. (The optional third and fourth masters require
Model 437-00111 “B” firmware or greater.) The additional masters allow personnel
to respond to calls in the system without returning to the main nursing station.
User-Changeable Button Designations
System function designations such as ERROR, BUSY, and SYSERR are preprinted
on the unit. Labels for other button functions are included and can be changed as
required. All label designations are protected by a clear plastic overlay.
Reminder (optional)
Stations can be placed on reminder when staff are not immediately available to
answer non-critical patient calls. A new call is automatically placed when a program-
mable time from one to ten minutes has elapsed. This option requires the 4A3100
Series enhanced patient station and an extra lamp in the corridor light.
Sensitive Touch Pad Controls
The smooth, responsive touch pad controls resist wear.
LED Indicators
Large, bright LED indicators allow patients and staff to confirm that they have placed
a call, or that they are in communication with a master station.
Entertainment Options
With the entertainment option, the pillow speakers control the radio/TV volume,
channel selection, and low voltage lighting control as well as the nurse call functions.
Adjustable Duty Station Call Tone
The call tone volume level at the duty station can be adjusted for high or low level
(night operation).
