Put the Drip Trays and
Large Cup Holder back into
position.

WIPE DOWN
Wipe down the body of the
CaféPro with a damp, non-
abrasive cloth.
REASSEMBLE

Unscrew the Steam Wand
Nozzle anti-clockwise and
remove. Caution: May be
HOT.
Remove the Water Tank
Lid, then take the Steam Pin
from its position next to the
Water Tank by levering off
the securing plug.

Use the Steam Pin to remove
dried milk from inside the
Steam Wand Nozzle holes.
If there is dried on milk, soak
the Nozzle then rinse under
clean running water. Place the
Nozzle back on the Steam
Wand and screw clockwise.

The CaféPro has a settings menu to control the machine parameters.
This settings menu can be password protected if required to prevent
misuse. See password protect page 29.
1 SETTINGS MENU 2 SETTINGS MENU
To enter Settings Menu,
hold the ‘BACK’ and ‘OK’
buttons for 5 seconds.
‘Group 1 Settings’ allows
the user to adjust for
Group Head 1 (left side)
the Dispense Volume and
increase or decrease the
Coffee Temperature to your
preference. See page 25 for
details.
‘Group 2 Settings’ allows
the user to adjust for Group
Head 2 (right side) the
Dispense Volume and
increase or decrease the
Coffee Temperature to your
preference. See page 25 for
details.
Press the down arrow
until the setting/program
you wish to change/use is
highlighted, then click ‘OK’.

‘Machine Clean/Descale’ allows
the user to carry out a machine
Clean/Descale cycle.
You will need:
• 2 x 2 litre (L) containers.
• Dualit recommended
descaler.
• Access to water.
NOTE - Once the setting
has been adjusted select
‘BACK’. The new settings
will be automatically saved
to the system and will
remain until changed or the
default settings are restored.
