If your port 1 is out of order, you have to disable it so that phone calls won’t be stuck at port 1. You can disable
port 1 as follows.

Voice Quality and Hang-up Settings
This sector contains the relevant settings for you to maximize the voice performance and hang-up controls of busy
tones and silence.
Play Volume
This item allows you to adjust the level of receiving volume. The larger number of level provides louder voice for
you.
Step 1 At the prompt displays Select the option to setup: , input <6> and press ENTER to adjust the volume you
hear from callers.
Step 2 After the prompt displays New Play Volume (1-9, press ESC to exit): , input the level of volume <x> from
the range 1 to 9 and then press ENTER. The default setting is 5.
Step 3 Press any key to continue.
Prompt example:
If the voice is too loud and you would like to adjust the play volume to 4, edit it as below.
Select the option to setup : 6
New Volume (1-9, press ESC to exit) : 4
