INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1.
Turn on the red/yellow main switch.
2.
Open the hood (see picture 3) and place the wheel into the machine.
Please note that possible decoration covers
for example in plastic in the center of the rim must be removed before washing the wheel
(see picture 18)
.
We strongly recommend that also the
valve cap is removed
from the wheel before washing (see picture 18) as this may
cause operational disturbances if it falls off during the wash cycle (see the chapter “TROUBLE SHOOTING”).
Wheels with protruding parts on the rim sticking out more than 13 mm (1/2”) beyond the contour of the tyre, are under no
circumstances to be washed in the Wheel Washer (see picture 19).
The protruding parts can be damaged
.
If narrow wheels are incorrectly placed in the wash room, it can be difficult for them to rotate during the wash cycle.
Place
the wheel in a way that it stands as straight as possible to minimize the risk that it will shoode (i.e. not rotate)
during the wash cycle
(see picture 15 and 16)
.
A wheel with a puncture that has bees standing for so long, that it has turned flat at one point and is not round anymore
can not be washed in the machine since it will not rotate properly.
3.
Close the hood.
Never let go of the hood, before it is either fully closed or fully open.
4.
Start the machine by pressing the button with desired wash-time (see section 5 in the next chapter).
After cleaning, the wheel will continue to rotate for 10 sec, and the granula on the wheel will be blown off by compressed
air. When the wheel has stopped rotating, the wash cycle is completed, and the wheel can be taken out. It is possible to
run an extra cycle with air blowing only (see section 8 in the next chapter).
The machine is equipped with a safety switch. This will prevent the machine from operating when the hood or bonnet is
open. Should you open the hood or bonnet during operation, the washing will be interrupted immediately. To resume
washing, close the hood/bonnet and press the start button again.
5.
Finally, always check that there are no granula left on the tyre before it is mounted onto the car.

the machine. When changing the water, press the button during 3 seconds to set the display to zero. (To change the
preset figure of 250 washes, you first press buttons nr 2 and 120 sec simultaneously and then you set the desired value
by pressing the buttons 30 or 60 sec. When the desired value is shown in the display you confirm it by pressing the
button 120 sec again.)
4.
This button is used for collecting the granula (see the chapter “CHANGE OF WATER”).
5.
These are start buttons for the wash cycle. Preset duration of 30, 60, 90 or 120 sec. In all buttons a green light will be
lit when the machine is ready for operation. When you have started a wash cycle, the button you have pressed will
