9.3 genlock <mode>
Controls genlock interface.
Since there currently is no standard for 4K or UHD genlock signals, the ATOM one 4K mini
will lock to the usual 2K or Full HD tri-level sync signals. Just make sure that the framerate
matches the framerate of the video mode.
Note: The required tri-level sync signals always depends on the video mode, regardless of
the current downscale setting!
Example: When the camera is configured in UHD p50 mode, you have to supply a Full HD
p50 tri-level sync signal, even if the downscaler and interlacer are enabled and the camera
is outputting 1080i50. If you want to lock to another frequency, e.g. i50, use the
genlock_crosslock
command.

Input / Slave
In this mode the system will genlock to the external tri-level
sync signal.
Make sure that the current video mode is compatible to the tri-
level sync signal.
In case a lock is not possible (unmatched formats, missing sync
signal) the system will report a “Error: gen-lock error” after ~10
seconds and will start without genlock. As soon as a valid sync
signal is detected the device will try to lock to it. This will cause
image flickering for a few frames until the lock was established.
As long as genlock is enabled, any video_mode change will try
to genlock to the reference signal.
The vertical and horizontal position can be programmed with
genlock_offset, crosslocking can be enabled using
genlock_crosslock.
