10. MAINTENANCE
10.7 BURNER HEAD - FIGS. 11 - 12

Open upper shell (See left instructions).

Remove fan blade (See Fan Blades).
-
Remove fuel and air line hoses from burner head.
-
Remove ignitor wire from spark plug.
-
Remove spark plug from nozzle rod using a No.2
cross-slot screwdriver.
-
Turn the nozzle rod anti-clockwise and separate from
the burner head.
-
Carefully remove the nozzle from the nozzle rod
using a 5/8” socket.
-
Blow compressed air through the face of the nozzle,
removing any dirt.
-
Reinstall nozzle into nozzle rod and tighten firmly.
-
Reinstall spark plug onto nozzle rod.
-
Turn the nozzle rod clockwise to reassemble into the
burner head.
-
Attach ignitor wire to spark plug.
-
Attach fuel and air line hoses to burner head.
-
Reinstall fan blade and upper shell.
10.8 SPARK PLUG - FIG. 13
CLEAN AND RE-GAP EVERY 600 HOURS OF OPERATION
OR REPLACE AS NEEDED.
-
Remove upper shell (See Air Intake Filter).
-
Remove fan (See Fan Blades).
-
Remove ignitor wire from spark plug.
-
Remove spark plug from burner head using No.2 cross
slot screwdriver.
-
Clean and re-gap spark plug electrodes to 3.5mm gap.
-
Reinstall spark plug into burner head.
-
Attach ignitor wire to spark plug.
-
Reinstall fan and upper shell.
