Disconnect compressed air supply hose:
Firmly press both coupling halves together and pull back outer sleeve
at same time until coupling disengages. Fit caps.

Undo waist belt.
Take off apparatus and turn off compressed air supply.
Maintenance and care
See "Maintenance intervals".
Clean, disinfect and dry mask.
For breathing hose:
Clean:
Must be cleaned after every use. Do not use solvents, such as acetone,
alcohol, etc. Clean with lukewarm water containing the all-purpose detergent

and a cloth. Then allow to dry at room temperature.
Check correct functioning and absence of leaks
Assemble compressed air line breathing apparatus as described for
mask
and breathing hose.
Start up compressed air supply system and check operating pressure
(required: 7 - 10 bar) adjust if necessary.
Brush the connections and screw connections with soapy water
when at operating pressure. No bubbles should form. Tighten seals
if necessary.
Function test:
The excess valve is integrated in the breathing hose which connects
the ABIL-R1/ABIL-R2 with the half or full face mask.
Close the control valve and seal the excess valve. A low volumetric
air flow must be noticeable.
Open the control valve completely. A high volumetric air flow must be
noticeable.
Storage
All parts must be stored in a dry, cool and dust-free place where they cannot be
deformed. Keep away from direct light and heat.
Observe ISO 2230 and national regulations for the storage, maintenance and
cleaning of rubber products.
