Note: for SCBA series DIABLO INDUSTRIAL MED, in accordance with the European
Directive 96/98/CEE A1/3.44 point, as amended, it is identified as the point of
attachment of the MED rope, a belt model FAT B101 (code 4426.0031) to be
placed in advance to the waist.
5 Description of the components
DIABLO range of self-contained breathing apparatuses is shown in the pictures at
the end of this manual:
1a - DIABLO INDUSTRIAL,
1b - DIABLO ADVANCED,
1c - DIABLO PROFESSIONAL,
1d - DIABLO PI and DIABLO PIZ.
The apparatus consists of the following main components:
• cylinder carrying harness made alternately by:
o
synthetic resin backpack with harness,
o
carrying bag with harness (DIABLO PI models only),
• pneumatic circuit comprising:
o
pressure reducer unit complete with safety valve,
o pressure gauge,
o chest block (only for models DIABLO PROFESSIONAL and DIABLO
ADVANCED),
o
high and medium pressure supply tube,
o
flow limitator,
