Install the DPC Interface

1.    Attach the Isolated Converter (75-2036)  to the mounting plate (51-0357) with  two (2) of the 1-inch self-

lock adhesive fasteners (50-2144).

2.    Attach the gray and orange wires from the power supply cable (P/N: 20-1618) to the Power and ground 

terminals of the isolated converter as shown in the illustration.

3.    Put the Molex connector end of the 20-1618 cable through an open knockout hole in the bottom of the 

terminal. 

4.    For PV200 installation, connect the Molex end to an available connector of the Petro-Net Power board 

(J6, J7 or J8) (for PV300E installations, connect the Molex connector to the PCM plug on the front of 
the power supply assembly. See the illustration below).

5.    Connect the 20-1519-04 RJ45 to DB9 Cable Assembly:

      Connect the DB9 connector of the assembly to the DB9 connector of the Isolated Converter.

l

      Connect one end of the RJ45 cable to the RJ45 connector of the RJ45 to DB9 connector.
