OPW STANDARD PRODUCT WARRANTY OPW/PISCES
™
by OPW, Inc. warrants that products sold by it are free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of manufacture by OPW/PISCES
™
by OPW, Inc. (ECO systems two years
from date of manufacture. ECO replacement parts one year from the date of manufacture.) Proof of purchase may be required. For any
product certified to California 2001 standards*, OPW/PISCES
™
by OPW, Inc. warrants that products sold by it are free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of manufacture or one year from date of registration of installation, not
to exceed 15 months from date of manufacture by OPW/PISCES
™
by OPW, Inc. As the exclusive remedy under this limited warranty,
OPW/PISCES
™
by OPW, Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or issue credit for future orders for any product that may prove
defective within the one year date of manufacture period (repairs, replacements, or credits may be subject to prorated warranty for remainder
of the original warranty period; complete proper warranty claim documentation required).
PISCES
™
by OPW, Inc. further guarantees that all PISCES
™
primary pipe is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of ten (10) years from the date of manufacture. Any PISCES
™
primary pipe proven to be defective in materials or workmanship within said
10-year period will, at PISCES
™
option, be repaired or replaced, or credit will be given for future orders. PISCES
™
will bear the reasonable
labor costs associated with the repair or replacement of non-conforming PISCES
™
primary pipe when such pipe has been used exclusively
in a complete PISCES
™
Retractable System. Any defect will be corrected promptly upon written notification to PISCES
™
by OPW, Inc. at
P.O. Box 405003 Cincinnati, Ohio 45240, attention Rick Jones.
This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been altered in any way, which has been repaired by any other than a service
representative authorized by OPW/PISCES
™
by OPW, Inc., or when failure is due to misuse, improper installation or maintenance.
OPW/PISCES
™
by OPW, Inc. shall have no liability whatsoever for special, incidental, or consequential damages to any party, and shall
have no liability for the cost of labor, freight, excavation, clean-up, downtime, removal, reinstallation, loss of profit, or any other cost or
charges. *Products certified to the California 2001 standards will have an OPW registration card enclosed/attached to the product.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY THE WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND
BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.

• If a nozzle must be replaced during warranty period,
please contact an authorized OPW distributor.
• Warranty does not cover:
•Evidence of misuse or abuse. Damaged nozzles are
not warrantable.
•Wear items such as spouts, splash guards or hand
insulators are not covered under warranty.
•Nozzles with missing parts or components are
not warrantable.
•Evidence of repair or rebuild by others are not
warrantable.
• The following information will need to
be provided to your OPW distributor:
• Serial number of the nozzle being returned.
• Serial number and model number of the
replacement nozzle.
• OPW also provides orange warranty tags to
fill out this information.
• OPW prorates all warranty returns. The
replacement nozzle only takes on the
remaining warranty of the original nozzle.

• For a new facility installation, purge/flush hose point
before installing nozzles. If nozzles are used to
purge/flush system, this could result in foreign material
in nozzle’s main valve and cause a nozzle not to shut off.
• DO NOT use pipe sealant on vapor recovery hanging
hardware. Do not use plastic or teflon tape.
• Verify that o-rings are present on hose and not torn or
damaged. Coat o-rings with light oil for installation to
prevent damage.

• Insert hose into inlet of nozzle. A slight push is required to
seat the inner hose into the nozzle body.
(See Figure 16)
• Engage the external thread into the nozzle body,and
tighten the hose nut per hose instructions. Refer to
UL567 (50 foot-pounds).

DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN
• Flow test nozzles before putting nozzles in service.
See testing instructions.

• Check for leaks between all connections of hanging
hardware. Repair or replace, as required, if any leaks
are found.
• Dispenser modifications may be necessary for
proper nozzle storage. Always comply with the
dispenser instructions and local codes.
• After installation of the nozzle, remove the registration tag
if attached to nozzle. Facility management must complete
the registration tag and return to OPW. Keep the receipt
of the registration tag for your records. You may either
mail the completed registration tag to OPW or register
online at www.opw-fc.com. (

• En instalaciones nuevas,purgue la punta de la manguera antes
de instalar la pistola.Si se utilizan pistolas para purgar el sistema,
podrían ingresar materiales extraños a la válvula principal de la
pistola e impedir que la pistola se cierre.
• NO use sellador de tuberías en las piezas que cuelgan del
recuperador de vapor. No utilice cinta plástica ni de teflón.
• Verifique la presencia de o-rings en la manguera,y que no estén
gastadas ni dañadas. Para instalarlas, recubra (los o

aceite liviano para evitar dañarlos.
